We currently have a Branch Facility Manager career opportunity at our Chicago, IL location.

 

Nassau Vision Group, an Esslior Company, has an immediate opening in the Chicago area for a Branch Facility Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing the daily operations for the Chicago Inventory Branch. Experience in receiving, shipping, invoicing, and inventory management are required. Optical lens knowledge is preferred.

 

 

Critical skills and basic duties are:

 2-3 years of distribution management requiredSpectacle lens and/or contact lenses knowledge preferredAbility to manage small team of distribution employeesExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredExcellent interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills requiredExcellent computer skills requiredStrong organizational and problem solving skills

 

Basic DutiesOversee all aspects of branch which include order entry, inventory shipping, receiving, invoicingSupervise all branch employeesDevelop a strong working relationship with key customersMaintain stock inventory levels to an acceptable service levelManage an on-site Customer Service teamEstablish a positive work environmentManage to an opex budgetPrepare and submit required reports in an accurate and timely manner
