Bookkeeper / Controller

Reliant Ribbon is presently accepting applications for a Full Charge Bookkeeper / Controller position to join our team and compliment our existing staff as our company grows. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on bookkeeper/controller responsible for:

GL.

AR, collections, credit, customer and sales force interaction.

  AP vendor contact, check printing.

  Bank Recs.

  Assist in monthly financial closings.

 

Very good communication skills are a must.

MAS90 experience is a big plus.

Collection experience is a plus.

Reliant Ribbon Corp is a privately owned 45 year old manufacturer and importer of decorative ribbon located in Paterson, NJ.  This position is a new position to assist our existing staff as we grow. 

Skills/Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance / Business administrationMinimum of 4 years experience as a full charge bookkeeper or controllerStrong in Excel, Outlook, Word and internet.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Developing Standards
