Lead the implementation and deployment of Lean Six Sigma across area of responsibility.Â
Drive the use of Lean Six Sigma Body of Knowledge for complex/high impact projects and Kaizen Events focused on Cost of Poor Quality, Cost of Goods Sold, Inventory Turns, On-Time Delivery and Safety. Â
Manage multi-level projects to drive continuous improvement in all areas of the business. This includes training of Champions and Green Belts and monitoring their effectiveness.
Deliver documented project savings along with the teaching, coaching and mentoring of Green Belts and Champions.Â
Complete minimum number of projects as outlined in performance plan. This position is expected to save $1 million per year through projects, events and mentoring.
Assist Sector personnel in training, mentoring, and coaching. Become a key figure in reporting of belt training, project/event status, project/event financial savings, project/event closures and certification status.
Be an integral part of building and maintaining the project and candidate pipeline for the future.Â
Be the primary change agent for the assigned areas and the overall organization.
Lead the Lean Six Sigma deployment initiatives for your respective assigned areas working with plant management and corporate leadership.
Have innate ability to translate problem statements into project objectives and back into business cases.
Certified Black Belt and 3 years experience in deployment of Lean Six Sigma. Must poses the following technical and business competencies (in no particular order) Certified Black Belt and 3 years of experience Lean Six Sigma deployment Change Driver Service or installation experience preferred Strong Computer Skills Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-Mail, etc.) Bachelors degree
