Will assist the Product Manager in promoting, developing & marketing well established capillary business and develop new markets/products and opportunities related to the bio-science market.Â Will obain, review and summarize scientific literature, prepares reports on research.Â Interfaces with the appropriate departments (production, engineering, quality or accounting) in order to facilitate a mutual satisfaction for a customer concern.Â May responds to technical inquiries, requests for quotation and sales orders from customers and potential customers.Â Advises management of any competitive activity, changes in customer attitudes, and/or potential new product opportunities.Â Will be required to travel to customer sites and attend trade shows.
