Job Opportunity Title: Bilingual Sales AdministratorLocation: Covington, LAType: Temp to Hire JOB DESCRIPTION: One of our amazing Northshore clients is looking for a Bilingual Sales Administrator for their Covington office.  The incumbent will be responsible for processing requests for quotes, researching machine files and engineering records, sourcing and contacting vendors for price and availability of products, order entry, correspondence with customers, and accounts receivable duties.  Other activities include closing sales, expediting sales orders, preparation of export documents, minimal travel for sales calls and meetings.   Required Skills:  Typing, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel, familiar with MS Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to communicate with customers. Effectively cooperate interdepartmentally. Accurate and effective organizational abilities. Bilingual English/Spanish ability required. High school diploma or Some College. Experience in the Preparation of Export Documentation is preferred Superior organization and telephone skills.
