Bilingual English/French Speaking Customer Service Representative

The National Customer Service and Sales Center in Westfield, Indiana is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is full time, 40 hours/week, with competitive benefits.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires proactive customer account management, high analytical skills, proficiency with the latest software packages, and contribution to process teams to insure continuous improvement.

Our representatives must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and strong customer service orientation. They are also able to process orders in an accurate and timely manner, and demonstrate excellent follow through on assignments and customer questions. In addition to these functions they handle an average of 50 inbound phone calls per day.

Provide assistance to customers to promote utilization of the web, EDI, and other electronic self-serve order management tools.

Identify and initiate product up selling, cross selling and other sales opportunities as they occur.

Successfully complete ongoing product technical training, enabling the employee to provide knowledgeable technical support to specifiers, sales, customers, end users, and contractors.
AS or equivalent.
Canadian French and English Verbal/Written Skills Required.
Minimum 1 year Customer Service Experience
Ability to work from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
