Benefits Specialist
Rite-Hite Corporation is a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of industrial dock and door safety systems. Continued growth of our organization has led to the creation of this new position within our Human Resources Department. As Benefits Specialist you will work closely with the Corporate Human Resources Manager assisting with the analysis, implementation, compliance and day to day administration of our benefits offerings. In addition, the Benefits Specialist will be the point person in developing communications relating to our benefits programs (including development and maintenance of an employee web site).
