Benefits/HRIS Analyst
Maintains HRIS benefit plan administration, monitors the secure systems access by various employees, and acts as the eligibility liaison with carriers. Responsible for the development and operation of the Teleflex Benefits Management Database. Will be the first point of contact between HR Reps and VISTA users for benefits issues in VISTA software and company Intranet.

Vista Benefit Plan AdministratorPerforms maintenance of benefit plans within in VISTA (company HRIS System) i.e. set up, termination, auditing existing.First point of contact for company intranet secure site issues, VISTA Benefit, and Crystal issues.Training end users.
Eligibility LiaisonReviews & monitors delivery of periodic files to carriers & resolves data exceptions. Analyzes and resolves general benefit plan data issuesPeriodic benefit census report creation and generation
Secure System Access AdministratorAdministers access rights to GKN Benefits & Risk Management Secure SiteMaintains IBxpress, WageWorks and Caremark website access administration
Benefits Management Database AdministratorWorks with Ovation Benefits Group under the direction of Director of Benefits to program desired functionality into Access databasePerforms daily maintenance and data management of company informationCompiles data reports for publication
Requirements
BS Degree and 2- 3 years of experience; or five plus years benefits analyst experience.
Thorough understanding of benefits eligibility rules and procedures, Complete MS Office suite, required Expert Access and Intermediate Excel knowledge, Expert Crystal Report knowledge, VISTA HRIS a plus, database experienced
