Job Title: Battery Changer 

Job Summary:

Perform the duties of a Production Team member within a Distribution/ Warehouse. Operationally responsible for the daily Production Team tasks of the entire Warehouse in conjunction with 2 other Viox team shift leaders and 3 contracted production team members.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned.

 

 

Ø See SOP’s for Battery Changer, Battery Changing, Battery Log, Battery Maintenance, Aisle sweeping, Compactor, Baler, and Recycle Area for detailed responsibilities.

 

Ø Communicates effectively with Team Leader to give and receive updates as needed and convey special needs on the production team.

 

Ø Collaborates with others to generate ideas, improve processes and recommend improvements.

 

Ø Consistently ensures all customer needs and concerns are addressed in a timely manner, and customer satisfaction is consistently maintained. Responding to all Production team requests throughout the day with a sense of urgency and in a courteous and professional manner.

 

Ø Maintains a clean and safe environment in compliance with all application regulatory standards, organization policies and procedures.

 

Ø Assist in training new Viox Service employees and new contracted services employees with the Viox philosophy on new or existing contract.
