Buyers are delegated the authority by the Director of Purchasing - RACS to negotiate and commit the company to purchase contractsQualifications:EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent knowledge in the area of Materials Management or Purchasing. CPM certification desirable.PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment helpful. Exposure to concepts of contract negotiation and conflict resolution.
