Automation Engineer (Field Service)

You will work from home with local and overnight travel required. Duties and responsibilities include maintenance and repair of: PLCs (Allen Bradley) HMI (Wonderware preferred) Wireless and wired network DeviceNet You will work with their corporate IT department and report to the corporate Engineering Manager.  You will improve processes to increase productivity. Requirements: You must live in the Dayton, OH area and be able to travel within OH and across the country to two of their other plants A four-year degree or significant experience Ability to multi-task Previous project management experience (larger projects are highly desired) On-call with the production facilities Good organizational skills Factory automation and IT knowledge/experience including all MS productsOmni One is an established recruitment and permanent placement firm specializing in Engineering and Technical Professionals.
