EOE  This position is based in our North America R&D Center located in Randolph, NJ.  This position will deal with mechanical or electrical (dependent upon degree) engineering as well as the system administration of the Schindler North America ProEngineer (ProE) system.Mobility is the goalResponsibilities include:-  Apply mechanical/electrical engineering knowledge to the design and documentation of elevator components and subsystems.-  Document component/system designs utilizing ProE models and other specified formats.-  Willingness to be trained and assume responsibility for the administration of the ProE/ProMechanical/PDMLink system within North America, including planning and implementation of upgrades, efficiency improvements, ongoing problem solving.   Mobility needs youQualifications:- Bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.  Electrical Engineering or Computer Science degrees will also be considered.-  2+ years experience with mechanical engineering modeling, drawing and design -  Working knowledge of ProE, Intralink and Wildfire. Knowledge of system setup and administration desirable.-  Proficient in the use of ProE, including model design, assembly and sheet metal. ProE 2000 and Wildfire versions.-  Knowledge of ProMechanica structural FEA analysis.-  Good communication, coordination and organizational skills are essential.-  Local candidates only.- Approximately 5% domestic travel for training and coordination.-  H-1B Sponsorship is not available for this position.   Interested?
