Associate Accountant-Payroll Tax
FANUC Robotics America, Inc. is the leader in designing, engineering and manufacturing innovative robots and robotics systems that impact business performance for global customers. FANUC Robotics is currently searching for an Associate Accountant-Payroll to join our team. Primary responsibilities will include:
Payroll Responsibilities
· Ensure employer payroll tax reporting and payments are timely and accurate
· Support employee relocation taxes
· Assist and coordinate W-2 employee wage reporting
· Prepare Annual State Reporting
· OCIP (Owners Controlled Insurance Program) support
· Workers Compensation Audit and Estimate for insurance (includes Ohio)
Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting
· Assist managers with questions regarding operating expenses
· Accurately complete all assigned account reconciliation’s monthly
· Complete monthly bank statement reconciliation
· Inventory reporting and reconciliations
· Support as needed during budget process
· Complete all assigned monthly closing entries
· Pension ERP & ERSP reporting
· Medical & Benefit Reporting
· Support Corporate Travel
· Continuous development and strengthening of internal controls
Ideal candidate will have the following experience and education:
· Minimum of Associates Degree in accounting or finance related field, BS/BA preferred, or equivalent related work experience.
· Knowledge of payroll tax preparation and filings.
· State annual reports
· Pension Accounting
· Computerized accounting system proficiency and proven analytical and problem solving skills, including basic spreadsheet skills.
