Application Specialist- Food Division

The Application Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting Sensitech's multinational Food Division accounts and Sensitech's sales process through customer program implementations and administration. The Application specialist works closely with customers to ensure they are able to get the most out of their Sensitech solution programs. Duties include but are not limited to: development of customer support and training material, coordination of internal company resources to support customer pilots and programs, set up of customer software and databases, preparation of internal and customer reports. Bachelor's degree in computer Science, Engineering and/or Business. Previous experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer service application related positions strongly preferred.
