Angle Roll Operator - 22220

Local company is in need of a experienced machine operator.  Duties will include, but will not be limited to:*  Setting up rolling machine and rolling various structural shapes (bars, angles, channels, pipe, etc. ) to either segments of a circle or full circles.*  Moving material from the storage location to the rolling machine and completed material to the shipping area.*  Banding and marking identification on completed jobs.*  Performing preventive maintenance on rolling machines.*  Applying lubrication to pieces prior to rolling.*  Completing a written procedure sheet, documenting the setup, for each job.*  Final inspection of pieces.*  Flame cutting or sawing pieces to length.*  Performing miscellaneous operations such as tack welding, abrasive sawing, etc.*  Ability to safely rig and move heavy loads using a over head bridge crane and jib crane.*  Ability and eye sight to measure and read tape measure quickly and accurately.*  Ability to use a cutting torch.*  A physical condition and stature that will allow for the manual lifting of structural shapes on to the support stands as the material exits the rolling machine.*  Sufficient math and geometry skills to allow for making the calculations necessary for determining required dimensions.
