Analyst - Transportation

As Transportation Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing transportation and logistics analytical support to the Americas Bath & Kitchen business teams.

Position Responsibilities:

Support the design and analysis of Transportation services including:

-Conduct in-depth transportation costing studies to support pricing decisions for all American Standard product lines
-Effectively leverage the resources of our internal 3PL to support transportation costing analyses
-Support the development, implementation, and tracking of transportation service metrics
-Support various transportation & distribution management network analyses
-Support the development of logistics strategy, multi-client and process management
-Involvement in the sales process and execution of targeted programs
-Support the management of complex distribution projects

You will work with multiple, cross-functional teams, and support the business with new and existing opportunities that may encompass several facets of the supply chain.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in logistics, supply management or industrial engineering, and a minimum of 3-5 years experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain project analysis and management
• Strong proficiency in MS Office is required
• Strong analytical skills are required
• Operational and pricing experience with all modes of transportation, both domestic and international (TL, LTL, Rail, Small-Package, Intermodal, Ocean, Air) is preferred
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is preferred
• Membership and/or certification with APICS, CSCMP, AST&L, etc., is preferred
