Analyst - Global Inclusion & Talent Acquisition

Our core values - ethics and integrity, independence, innovation and quality - are the foundation of our company and drive every decision and action we take.If you thrive on challenges and have the ability and talent to be a Timken associate, we currently have an opportunity to join our team.Responsibilities of this key role include: Work closely with the Global Inclusion & Talent Acquisition team to develop and maintain internal and external networks, candidate sources, referrals and a robust pipeline for salaried opportunities.  Facilitate the strategic pipelining process.  Some key components include but are not limited to: o  Coordinating logistics for candidate interview sessions.o  Maintaining contact with prospective job candidates.o  Interface with Talent Acquisition team and enterprise leadership to present candidate profiles.o  Serve as the liaison with third party vendor(s).  Identify and develop relationships with organizations, societies and individuals to build a pipeline of talent, including participation in industry related events and organizational activities. Lead on-line sourcing activities including continual scanning of our database for talent as well as external databases. Work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, OA Generalists to support company-wide recruiting efforts. Serve as point of contact for HR/Recruiting related questions or issues when Recruiters are unavailable. Create and maintain reports and group metrics. Implement global inclusion tactics as directed.The successful individual will have achieved a degree of professional experience and is seeking an opportunity to advance to the next level.  We are looking for professional individuals who have a passion for the field of recruiting and global inclusion.  In addition, we are seeking an individual with experience in the following areas:  Demonstrated success in achieving goals.  Demonstrated success in actively sourcing (outside of just the internet) and attracting top talent  Demonstrated project management skills  Demonstrated professional presence and the ability to effectively communicate with senior executives, passive candidates and internal/external customers.  Familiarity with applicant tracking systems a plus.
