You can learn more about INVISTA by visiting www.INVISTACareers.com Job Responsibilities: *Provide labor coordination support to operation areas *Manage pay and timekeeping responsibilities *Create and maintain production reports *Maintain various recordkeeping tasks*Day Based 12-hr shifts *36-hours one week, 48 hours the following week *Average full-time work schedule of 14 days per month *Schedule is subject to modification as production needs dictate *Schedule requires employee to work at least 2 weekends per monthRequired Education, Experience & Skills: *High School Diploma or GED *Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support *Ability to work with minimal supervisory guidance *Ability to think through and resolve problems *Ability to read/observe and remember procedures *Ability to locate and apply information from workplace graphics such as charts and graphs *Good communication skills - both written and verbal *Proficiency with Microsoft Products: Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint *Capability to quickly learn multiple software systemsPreferred Education & Skills: *Associates Degree or higher in Secretarial Science or related field *Previous industrial experience *3 or more years administrative experience supporting multiple customersWe are an equal opportunity employer.
