Masco Retail Cabinet Group (formerly KraftMaid Cabinetry and Mill's Pride) has an opening for an Administrative Assistant in the Payroll and Benefits within the Human Resources Department.  This positon offers competitive salary, great benefits and growth potential. The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the Human Resources Payroll and Benefits Department including: Maintaining employee files and personnel records Processing change of status forms Compiling personnel statistics including but not limited to department headcount reports, daily call-off reports and survey results. Ordering supplies Providing information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records Switchboard backup support To perform this job successfully, an individual must have: Proven organization, verbal and written communication skill Must possess good judgment in dealing with private and confidential information Exceptional people skills Strong attention to detail Display excellent phone, communication and interpersonal skills.
