and our sister
company Fixtures Furniture, "an izzy brand,"
manufacturers of office furniture and seating located in Florence, Alabama, has current
openings for the above positions. These new positions are due to growth and expansion.
Two positions in the Accounting Dept will require 2-4 years of accounting
experience, and be proficient in data
entry, Excel and Word. Those
positions include:
AR/Credit
duties include
invoicing, accounts receivable/cash reconciliation and credit/collections.
AP
duties include matching packing slips, purchase
orders to invoices, vouchering invoices for payment, cash management and assist in monthly closing.
Order Entry
candidates will have 2 to 4 years of data entry and type 55-60 WPM. Accuracy is necessary.
Customer
Service
candidates will have 2 to 4 years of Customer Service experience and
possess excellent communication skills as they relate to the use of the telephone for
customer contact as well as marinating relations with
dealers and
manufacturing.
Proficient PC and keying skills are also required
.
A minimum of a High School
diploma or GED
required and post secondary
education in business administration is a plus. All
candidates must have the ability to prioritize and
