Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Incumbent has responsibility for entering all manual input into the Oracle accounts receivable US organization, ensuring the accounting is proper for these transactions, monitoring the automated input and balancing this detail against the business unit financial transaction transfer, policing approval levels and processing bad debt requests, creation and processing of employee receivables, reconciliation of the inter-company control accounts, and communicating procedures and requirements to business unit personnel.

At least three years of previous accounting related experience required. Knowledge of Oracle general ledger and accounts receivable a plus; computer proficiency with business and office software; effective communication, planning, writing, problem solving, and prioritizing skills.
