 Position Summary:
Be a significant contributor in assisting customers, branch and corporate personnel with credit matters; receive, reconcile and post payments to customer accounts, process new credit applications for new accounts, support regional and corporate Credit Managers.Â
Essential Duties: Provide exemplary customer service externally and internally, facilitate customer inquiries and provide resolution Interface with multiple branches and assist personnel as needed Process new account applications, complete new account setup, run credit reports and complete referencing and spreadsheets Post customer payments and reconcile accounts Post and document customer account adjustments, i.e. sales tax, discrepancies, NSF’s Process Credit Department accounts payable Assist Credit Managers in all facets of daily and month-end credit tasks Special projects as assigned Light collections Administrative A/R functions, i.e. filing, faxing client invoices, etc.Requirements: 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable or equivalent education Associates Degree in Accounting preferred, but not required Required fast and accurate data entry Excellent attention to detail and organization skills Ability to remain focused under pressure Intermediate computer skills, including Word & Excel Excellent work ethic, professional demeanor and reliability

Benefits
For employees who work an average of 30 hours or more per week, Reliant Search, Inc. pays 100% of the employee premium for basic medical including prescription and 50% of dental co-pay plus six paid holidays. Benefits are effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment.  Holidays including New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
