Accounts Payable & Warehouse Clerk

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST & WAREHOUSE CLERKS Looking for a company that cares about you, your health and your family? ORS Nasco, Inc. is the solution for you! The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices for payment, matching invoices to purchase orders, posting invoice details and payment terms, handling vendor information requests, processing checks, handling payment status requests, and performing reconciliation of open items, as well as special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Skills necessary to qualify for this position vacancy include excellent telephone skills, excellent etiquette, high level of math skills, attention to detail, keyboard skills, highly organized and self-motivated. Experience with Trend will be a big plus. We currently have vacancies in our Muskogee Distribution Center for both our first and second shift. The successful candidate will have a steady work history, be highly motivated and will be working in a fast paced warehouse environment.
