Accounts Payable Supervisor

 

ETC designs, develops, installs and maintains aircrew training systems, public entertainment systems, process simulation systems (sterilization and environmental), clinical hyperbaric systems, environmental testing and simulation systems, and related products for domestic and international customers.

 

We are currently seeking a full time Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our corporate Accounting Department located in Southampton, Pa

This position will be responsible for all aspects of accounts payable processing.

Requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment.  In addition to day to day activities.

This is a full-cycle accounts payable position that entails check runs 5 days a week. Qualified candidate will have 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounts payable

 

·Efficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)

·High attention to detail and follow through

·Excellent organization skills

·Must be organized, detail-oriented and accurate

·Oral and written communication skills

·Experience in a manufacturing environment a must

·Must have the ability to meet required deadlines
