ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE - CASC
The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for accounts payable function within the CASC.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Invoice verification and voucher entry
• Travel and Expense verification and processing
• Payment proposal preparation
• Preparation of Positive Pay file
• Communicating proactively and clearly with external and internal customers.
• Comply with and ensure department compliance with Company health, safety and environmental policies.
• Comply with all applicable U.S. export control and security regulations.
• Other duties as required.
Qualifications include:
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years experience in accounts payable
• Good written and communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment and work well with the team.
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
