Business Unit Description Service Solutions provides speciality service tools for motor vehicle manufacturers, dealership networks, integrated service, technical and training information for vehicle original equipment manufacturers and professional test and service tools for the HVAC, refrigeration, automotive and electrical trades.We design, manufacture and market a wide range of tools for a wide range of appli-cations. These include speciality service tools, hand-held diagnostics systems and service equipment, inspection and gauging systems and technical training informa-tion. Job Summary This position is responsible for providing support to the Accounts Payable function of Service Solutions through accurate and timely use of the computerized Accounts Payable System to process invoices and disburse funds to vendors in support of Division strategy. Responsibilities This position is responsible for processing various types of accounts payable transactions, including critical vendor invoices, EFT transactions and maintaining AP support of the vendor master file. Able to continually identify and implement process changes to improve the efficiencies of AP, thereby reducing manual transactions and the possibilities of error.This position is responsible for processing annual 1099 forms and escheatment reports.Responsible for preparation, analysis and reconciliation of all month end intercompany accounts and journal entries.Prioritizing and processing of invoices received directly from suppliers and department mangers.Analysis and reconciliation of invoices received directly from inventory suppliers not completing three-way match. Liaison to proactively identify and timely resolve outstanding vendor and invoice issues.Able to understand, interpret and communicate AP policy and proceduresResponsible for reconciliation, trend analysis and aging of unvouchered receipts.Responsible for managing and reconciling AP Aging during month and month end reconciliation and debit balance analyses.Serve as ProCard Administrator - manage, distribute, report and coordinate with corporate treasury on all Pcard functions. Train users, set up new users and develop internet queries for analyses of Pcard spend.Prioritizing and processing of invoices received directly from suppliers and department mangers.Analysis and reconciliation of invoices received directly from inventory suppliers not completing three-way match. Qualifications Minimum 2-year Accounting/Finance degree or equivalent experience required. 3+ years previous Accounts Payable experience. Excel-ability to create spreadsheet, understands Excel formulas, sort and filter functions, understand Pivot table functions of Excel.State and Local laws and regulations impacting sales and use tax. BasWare or other optical scanning and automated matching software preferred. Minimum of 1 year EDI experience.
