Accounts Payable Analyst
Job Summary The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for performing all aspects of the Accounts Payable cycle and provide general accounting support. Personnel will input invoices into the Accounts Payable system on timely basis in order to provide payments within vendor terms, responsible for matching invoices to purchase orders, and disbursements in a Shared Service environment. Duties will also include, but not limited to, researching discrepancies, vendor statement analysis, filing paid invoices, reconciliations, performing month end close activities, maintaining and periodically reviewing accounts payable vendor files to ensure that all necessary vendor information is accurate. Responsibilities The successful candidate will have: One year certificate from college or technical school and 2 5 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and significant exposure to major ERP systems (SAP experience a plus) Understanding of Accounts Payable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate cross-functionally with all levels SPX is an EOE.
