Accounting Manager for Growing Manufacturer Growing Manufacturer in beautiful coastal Wilmington, NC is seeking an Accounting Manager to manage and support their accounting and finance team. This position offers an opportunity to work with a long-standing, growing organization with international presence. The ability to grow and have operational influence within this position is expected. Position Responsibilities: · Manage Accounting Department (A/R, A/P, G/L, Budgeting, Tax, Inventory and Purchasing)· Manage all Cost Accounting with the assistance of 2 Accounting Specialists· Manage the IT and Telephone Systems· Work closely with Sales and Production Departments to ensure smooth invoicing Position Requirements: · Practical and Successful experience in managing Accounting functions (A/P, A/R, G/L and Budgeting)· Experience with Inventory Control and Purchasing· Cost Accounting experience is REQUIRED!· Manufacturing experience preferred· BS in Accounting/ Finance or related degree· 5+ years in Accounting environment· Strong multi-tasking abilities and effective communication skills Please forward resume and salary requirements to Amanda Wiseman with The Wilmington Group at amanda@wilmingtongroup.com .
