Accounting Coordinator

Growing Manufacturing Company in Irving seeks a talented Accounting Coordinator to join their team.

 

Responsibilities: Matching, batching, coding and entering invoicesEntering, posting and reconciling batchesResearching and resolving accounts payable or accounts receivable issues with customers and vendorsUpdating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledgerMaintaining cash applications, account reconciliations and chargebacksCreating and maintaining credit history filesManaging the collection efforts/calls for accounts receivable portfolioDocumenting daily collections activityResearching account disputes and billing discrepanciesPerforming account/payment reconciliationsResponding to credit inquiries from external collection effortsIdentifying delinquent accounts requiring external collection effortsIdentifying bad debt for financial exposureOther duties may be assigned by supervisors 

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred2-5 years experience
