TFC Americas has an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in our Houston, TX Headquarters location. RESPONSIBILITIES:· Act as primary program administrator; process expense reports (verify receipts and authorize for payment)· Review expense reports for reasonableness to ensure compliance with general policies including but not limited to use of company-issued credit card and receipt imaging system· Assist with updating employee files and troubleshooting user issues· Ensure reports are properly authorized; contact users and/or approvers regarding discrepancies· Contact approvers to ensure reports are authorized in a timely manner· Assist with administration of company issued credit cards· Prepare bi-weekly usage reports· Serve as secondary administrator for JPM credit card program· Assist with payroll duties and special projects as needed Requirements- High School diploma or equivalent and minimum three years related experience.- Experience utilizing Concur, Gelco, and/or comparable expense reporting system a plus.- Prior payroll experience also a plus.- Good PC skills including Microsoft products. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as customer service skills.- Solid math, problem solving, data entry, and organizational skills.
