Account Specialist - Specialist for the International Customer Service Group
Account Specialist
Alpha Technologies, which provides world-class powering solutions, seeks an Account Specialist for the International Customer Service Group at its facility in Bellingham, WA.
This position is responsible for all customer issues for a specified account or region. Will provide a single point of contact for the customer and our Regional Sales Reps. Will work with other departments to ensure each customer issue is handled through to completion.
Requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent), and 2-4 years customer service or technical experience. Multi-lingual (Spanish preferred), Project Management, ERP/SAP knowledge, 2 year degree are all a plus.
