We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager, National Service Accounts.As the Account Manager, National Service Accounts you will: Act as the lead single-point of contact for $8M -10M of National Account service work. Lead growth initiatives in our target vertical markets: large and small retail, healthcare, drug stores, convenience stores, restaurants and mass merchandisers. Drive and expand service sales with existing and new National Retail Customers. Work closely with the national sales professionals with achieving profitable service sales objectives with existing retail customers by leveraging local and regional presence; and coordinating account execution with service branch operations. Manage customer and service branch relationships including development and communication of customer-specific requirements and assist with invoice and account receivables requirements.  Maintain current customer / account information regarding service issues on Siebel CRM system, make customer visits, prepare and present annual customer reviews. Develop effective local relationships with national retail customers to understand customer's facility needs, objectives and direction. Provide service and contracting solutions to fit their business needs. Work collaboratively with service branch operations personnel to deliver a superior customer experience from initiation of contract through service delivery to final invoice. Drive process improvement opportunities with national service contracts. Communicate national account programs and procedures with service branch staff to ensure effective implementation and service. Execute sales plans that support national service sales objectives, increase market-share and account penetration within existing accounts  Implement effective customer feedback procedures/programs to assess customer satisfaction with our service organization.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 2-5 years of successful customer facing experience a must. Project management and process improvement experience required. The ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
