Account Executive (Inside Sales)

Aware Products, L.L.C. is a leading consumer products manufacturer specializing in Personalize Branding of premium salon and spa products.  Aware Products was the first company to introduce the Personalized Branding concept to the beauty salon and spa market in 1974.  We are most know for our integrity, reliability, quality, and product superiority.  The corporate offices are located in Chatsworth, Ca in the San Fernando Valley.

 

We are looking for an energetic inside sales representative who is highly motivated by seeking out new business, expanding market share within current account, and having the ability to close sales and deals.  This position requires a very detailed oriented person who possesses the skills of account management as well as prospecting for new business.  Because this position requires that special type of sales person, we offer a very aggressive total compensation package which will consist of a generous base salary + bonuses/commissions and benefits.  Realistic total compensation in year 1 could be $60,000+.

  2-5 years sales experience (preferably inside phone sales) Organized and detailed skills an absolute must for this position Must have hunter mentality to find new business Computer literate which includes the ability to type knowledge of microsoft office and Goldmine a plus Self motivator with multitasking capabilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional attitude and attendance 4 year college degree preferred by not required
