Account Executive

Masoneilan, a division of Dresser Inc., is an internationally recognized manufacturer and developer of state-of-the-art industrial process automation equipment. Our served markets include energy, petrol-chemical and other process related industries.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Effectively manage all aspects of Outside Sales duties and responsibilities as it pertains to selling Masoneilan products and/or services at Dresser Masoneilan’s Deer Park facility.  The focus will be on managing assigned accounts which will include addressing customer issues and working with the inside sales group to meet customer needs.  Also, participate in necessary training of Masoneilan products.  Additional responsibilities include being responsible for achieving profit margins, meeting OSHA, SOX, and other compliance requirements.  Annual Sales Target for Year One = $1.4 Million @ 59.7 SVM.  Year Two = $1.5 Million @ 61% SVM.

 

Skills:

 

Required skills include excellent verbal and written communications skills with outside sales experience.  Strong Customer Service skills, Control Valve Technical and Application skills highly desired.  Must have demonstrated ability to present and train and must be proficient in MS office applications.  Must possess a valid driver’s license.

 

Experience Required:

 

At least two (2) years of related industry experience.

 

Experience Desired:

 

Five (5)+ years of working experience in the control valve industry.  Extensive knowledge of valves and valve components, estimating valve part manufacturing cost, quoting new valves, and working directly with customers in providing aftermarket support.

 

Education Required:

 

High school diploma or GED and minimum of two (2) years of related position experience in same or similar industry.

 

Education Desired:

 

BA/BS in Business or other related field.
