United Memorial Products company is seeking a highly motivated administrative assistant to join our fast growing team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills and must be computer literate(MS Word, Excel, Outlook). Candidate must also be friendly, detail-oriented, organized, and extremely accurate. We are looking for a team player with good listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- process made orders for shipping

- ordering/receiving of products from vendor

- process and track rush orders

- track and expedite late orders

- act as a liason between the shop and the office

- basic office duties (filing, copying, faxing)

- some customer service
