We design and manufacture neurosurgical and radiation therapy products to deliver the highest accuracy and provide the quality assurance tools, training, and service to ensure reliability and safety.

 

Integra Radionics has openings for 2nd shift CNC Machinist the individual will be responsible for the set up and operation of CNC milling machines, and for verifying conformance of machined work pieces to specifications using measuring instruments such as fixed gauges, calipers, micrometers, and height gages.  Ability to rework production parts and perform emergency rework and/or modification of production parts. The ability to modify existing programs if necessary. The machining of fixtures and First Article Inspection components. Ability to use blueprints, sketches, and procedures to determine proper methods and processes.

 

The CNC Machinist responsibilities will include properly maintaining existing machinery, fixtures, and tooling including replacement of worn and broken parts and adjustment to proper parameters, with minimal input. Demonstrates the ability to set up and operate a variety of machine tools such as drill presses, manual mills and lathes, and surface grinders as required for fixture making.


Minimum qualifications include High school diploma or equivalent.  Apprenticeship or technical education is preferred. Three years of machine shop CNC milling experience, technical educational experience, or apprenticeship.
