We are seeking an Industrial Design Manager in our Morgan Hill, Californiafacility, developing new product designs in the Test & Measurement field.  This person will work with engineering and marketing to go from conception to product launch, as well as oversee the mechanical design functions.  They will develop and evaluate design ideas based on factors such as visual appearance, design-function relationships, ergonomics, materials engineering, cost, manufacturability, and customer requirements.

 

 Qualifications:

 

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Industrial Design

 

·  Minimum 5 years experience and 2 years in leadership role

 

·  Experience with injection molding and die-casting processes

 

·  Knowledge of 3D modeling techniques

 

·  Proficient in manufacturing processes

 

·  Project Management and leadership skills

 

·  Excellent proven results are essential
