This individual will support the development of analysis, design and evaluation of client training programs.
1. Create Learning and Communication Products
· Research content requirements using information acquired from the web, client-supplied, ABG-provided and supervised interview
· Conduct supervised subject-matter expert interviews
· Write content
· Proof and edit content
o Ensure document logic, accuracy, appropriate tone for audience and language consistency
o Ensure product conformance to project requirements
· Identify and source graphics
2. Manage Work
· Schedule and participate in meetings with supervision
· Provide individual input to project status to project team
· Demonstrate appropriate work ethic, business attire and behavior
· Coordinate materials production
· Work within project time to help compile information for budget parameters
· Use established templates in the creation of all work product and deliverables

· Use current standard tools and processes for work management
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Education, Journalism, or similar discipline
· 0 2 years minimum work experience
· Experience in the fields of agriculture, life sciences, automotive manufacturing, federal sector work or sales/marketing is preferred
· Prior work experience in developing / editing written pieces of communication – magazine or journal articles, speeches, training manuals, technical manuals, etc.
· Ability to develop / edit content according to specific client needs
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrated Word / PowerPoint / Excel skills
· Experience interfacing with clients and synthesizing their needs
