ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:Execute scheduled maintenance activities on Windows servers in accordance with documented method of procedureDiagnoses hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.Performs recovery operations.Responsible for trouble shooting server problems as reported by users.Maintain a secure systems environment.Monitor and evaluate, diagnose and establish work plan to resolve system issues.Performs troubleshooting for complex hardware, software and network problems.Works on multiple projects as a project team member.Develops and promotes standard operating procedures.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:4+ years of related IT work experience.4 years of Windows 2000/2003 Server experience.2 years Microsoft Clustering with SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005.HP, Dell, IBM Hardware experience.2 years experience troubleshooting SAN connectivity including hardware, software, and patching.Ability to lift and move system equipment weighing up to 70lbs.EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES & LICENSES:BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.WORKING CONDITIONS:Data center environment.TAKE ACTION!Why wait another day?It is time to act!Apply NOW and join the CDI Team TODAY!!!
