Exceptional Web Application Developer / Designer who wants to work on a young, dynamic team creating an exciting new product for the professional services community.

 

Requirements

 

B.S. degree from a top university in computer science, engineering, mathematics, music, design, or other related degree, plus 2 years work experience (or equivalent).

 

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

 

Basic knowledge of the following is strongly desired:

JQuery, AJAX, SQL, Apache, Python, MVC architecture, Agile development

 

In addition, the selected candidate must have the capacity to work long hours, including weekends, if necessary; the ability to work cooperatively in a growing team; and a passion for building things from the ground up.

Hagerty Consulting (www.hagertyconsulting.com) is a growing, 50-person, 6 year old management consulting firm with its headquarters located in downtown Evanston, IL. We are passionate about the public sector and helping communities recover after disasters. We are equally passionate about improving quality and transparency in the professional services industry. The application under development is intended to help in that regard.

This position may lead to permanent, full time employment. This position will have moderate interaction with the CEO of Hagerty Consulting.
