Valuation Services Professionals

Value Prism Consulting has openings for valuation professionals at all levels in the Atlanta and Seattle offices. Professionals will perform valuation analyses of publicly traded and closely held entities, tangible and intangible assets, and financial instruments for variety of purposes. Specifically, consultants will be required to independently:
•Conduct client interviews and gather data from the client as well as from secondary research sources
•Prepare valuation analysis utilizing all accepted and relevant approaches
•Prepare client deliverables consisting of Excel models, Word and PowerPoint documents
•Ensure quality control of work product

Qualified candidates will possess the following:
•2-5 years of relevant valuation and/or transfer pricing experience, preferably from one of the Big Four firms
•Proven track record in developing and managing client relationships leading to new and repeat engagements (Managers and Directors)
•Undergraduate degree in business or an MBA degree
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Knowledge of tax and accounting pronouncements requiring valuation opinions
•Ability to prioritize tasks based on client deadlines
•Progress towards achievement of valuation designations such as ASA or CFA designation is a plus
