Primary Role & Responsibilities



1.  Leads Profitable Sales Growth through individual and team goals

2.  Develop and execute sales strategies, pipeline development and leadership of sales resources

3.  Sales Budget & Expense Management

4.  Drives customer & employee Satisfaction

5.  Retention and Growth of Existing Portfolio

6.  Oversight of Proposal Development

7.  Establish and maintain industry contacts/network to identify qualified leads and generate successful sales/business partnerships

8.  Partner and collaborate with Delivery, Finance, HR and Compliance to execute sales strategy and follows prescribed processed and procedures

9.  Responsible for developing sales reports to track effectiveness and results.

 

Qualifications

· Proven consultative sales results with skills that produce successful business development capabilities in the solutions technology arena specific to Education, Federal and State government, Financial Services, or Healthcare organizations.

· Must be driven to produce desired outcomes by setting the right as well as challenging goals, monitoring progress, and making sure that results are achieved as planned.

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

· Demonstrate excellent leadership skills by setting a good example  by inspiring confidence, respect, and team building.

· Dedicated  to providing a high level of commitment and quality to our customers on a proactive basis.

· Expertise at developing solutions and new ways of thinking about obstacles and problems.

· Expertise in negotiating, selling and closing deals to CIO’s, CEO’s and CFO’s.

· High level of knowledge and understanding of the IT Industry.

· Excellent prospecting, new client generation and negotiation skills.

· Maintain and establish new industry contacts to find leads and generate business.

· Must be dependable and consistently follow-up and respond to customers, prospects, and internal employees. Ability to maintain accurate information on each account in a CRM system.

· Outstanding organizational and process skills to ensure top priorities are consistently being pursued.

 



Required Background/Experience

· BA/BS Degree required/MBA preferred

· 7+ years enterprise-level, consultative-sales experience in the technology arena

· Solid track record of reaching multi-million dollar revenue quotas

· Must have C level contact experience and be comfortable communicating at that  

· level

· Strong business acumen and high level of industry knowledge

· Position requires travel 25% of the time
