VP, Sales
Symphony Marketing Solutions provides technology-enabled marketing services and solutions, leveraging a multi-shore delivery model capable of delivering full scale transformational outsourcing. We focus on Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Management/Integration.
We continuously strive to deliver unsurpassed insight to sales and marketing information at a fraction of traditional costs.
The VP of Sales will independently direct the sales cycle for each of their leads.
Experience and Skill Requirements:
• 10+ years working for outsourcing / offshoring company selling deals to prospects in either Financial Services, Retail, or Pharma
• Must have demonstrated experience working on outsourced /offshored deals with headcount greater than 50
• Experience working on deals supporting sales and marketing: standard reporting, ad-hoc reporting, customer analytics, marketing analytics
• Experience working on deals that include the technical aspects of data management: ETL, data mapping, master data management, BI competency centers, and datamart construction
• Experienced with team sales approach--position calls for working with internal team that includes Subject Matter Experts, Operations, and Executives
• Strong presentation capabilities
• Strong contacts in target vertical within the CXO suite
• Excellent prospecting skills
Roles and Responsibilities
• Secure CXO suite meetings to build pipeline to support multi-million dollar quota for analytic and data management deals
• Work with SME's and Operations during sales cycle so that client requirements are effectively mapped to SMS delivery capabilities
• Coordinate and prepare all resources required for successful sales cycle (over 6 to 12 months sales cycle)
• Work with SME’s, Operations, and Executives to cost and price deals such that SMS meets gross margin objectives for all deals
• Work with SME's and Operations to provide thought leadership within your target vertical regarding go-to-market strategy
This position is not responsible for managing others.
The company's US corporate office is in Southport, CT; the location for these individuals is flexible within the US.
