Our Oracle Solutions service line is currently looking for industry-leading Oracle EBS Order Transportation Management (OTM) Managers with the following experience:   Position Summary: Manager will work with Deloitte's clients and Deloitte's Consultant team members to manage the OTM implementation as an independent project or part of a larger implementation of which the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) product (formerly GC3 at G-Log) is a critical piece of the total solution.   Responsibilities: - Utilize experience and skill to solve a wide range of difficult problems - Understand OTM functionality and architecture - Advise on critical project activities -  Monitor progress against timeline - Facilitate timely resolution of project issues - Review recommendationsReview change requests - Manage the overall work plan - Communicate project approach and objectives to project team - Onboard and educate project team on implementation methodology, project standards and milestones - Resolve issue escalations - Monitor project progress - Liaison to the Steering Committee including: Project status updates Critical business issues Change requests - Oversee and participant in requirements and design sessions - Assist with defining the scope and gather clients' business requirements Qualifications and Experience: - 2 plus years of client implementation management experience, preferably consultative - Logistics experience, preferably within Transportation Planning and Execution - Logistics Reporting needs and capabilities - Transportation Management application Experience, OTM(GC3) experience a Plus - Excellent with MS Word, MS Project, Excel, Power Point, and other tools for documentation and communication of requirements, solutions, etc - Ability and willingness to travel - Excellent problem solving capabilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a team environment - B.S. in Computer Science or Logistics or related field; MBA and/or PMI certification a plus - Experience in application integration a plus Service Area: Enterprise Applications / Oracle / OTM Specialty Practice / OTM Manager -  Mission:  Provide a wide variety of logistics consulting services assisting with the successful implementation of the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) product.
