This group is of critical importance to our delivery approach and supports our Project Managers and Consultants in our work with clients.





Requirements

 

• BACHELOR'S DEGREE is required and a Masters Degree is preferred

• Minimum of 5 years experience in training or organizational development

• Experience in developing training curriculum and delivering training

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management

• Exceptional presentation skills

• Great facilitation skills

• A solid understanding of organizational development using teams and stand alone training

• Expertise in managing a team of trainers

• Coordination of training logistics

• Current knowledge of all new training techniques and styles

• Experience in developing, delivering and compiling diagnostic results is an added advantage

RELOCATION IS NOT REQUIRED,

The position requires 100% TRAVEL

Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
