We are looking for a senior Test Development Engineer responsible for the following: - Be an active member of the extended design team by providing information and ideas on optimum test strategies for new products. - Develop test processes for new products including: the test strategy, interface design, ATE, test software, fixturing, software tools, documentation, training and process control capabilities. - Integrate new processes into production. Serve as a technical resource for factory operations. - Develop comprehensive self-test software, which will identify failures to the lowest field replaceable unit. - Investigate and develop more efficient test processes utilizing metrics to indicate results. Go beyond individual defect investigation & characterization to understanding defect trends in order to influence testing directions. BSEE / BSCS or equivalent, MSEE a plus Experience in design, debug and/or analysis of digital and analog circuitry. Programming experience should include software development in Visual Basic, VB/JAVA Script, C / C++ / C# languages. Strong mechanical ability and robotic experience a plus.
