As our Technical Architect, your main mission will be to develop customized extensions to the salesforce.com product and integrate application solutions with our client's technical systems. This position requires expertise in salesforce.com, including the integration and extension of features along with designing solutions using the salesforce.com API, APEX and other necessary tools. Essential to this role will be your ability to lead clients through technical consulting sessions and extract business requirements. This will enable you to develop project plan and technical architecture documents, execute the integration, and manage client expectations and scope. Your aptitude for managing multiple projects at one time and your strong business process knowledge will aid you in maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Your desire to go above and beyond paired with your self-starter attitude will ensure your success in this role.
