This long term contract is located in the Baltimore, MD area. Requirements: * U.S. Citizenship* Active DoD Secret Clearance * Military Radar experience (maintenance preferred to operation, but both even better) * Interactive Electronic Technical Manual, (IETM) Architect Experience* Technical writing experience * ML tagging experience* Bachelors degree or higher (a plus!)* Excellent written and oral communication skills Desirable Experience: * Interactive Authoring Display System (IADS) * Earned Value Management System (EVMS) * Experience with the US Marine Core is a plus! * Experience with Arbortext Epic Editor a plus! Responsibilities of the position include: 1) Develop the architecture for a Ground/Air Task Oriented Radar system using IETM2) Acquire COTS/GOTS technical data to link into the IETM. 3) Conduct In-Process Reviews of all deliverables. 5) Integrate IETM products from Sensis. 6) Conduct validation of all deliverables. 7) Provide progress reports and presentations as required.
