The tax specialists of Deloitte Tax LLP ("Deloitte Tax") have the perspective to help companies understand national, state and local and international tax structures and align the tax function with business objectives.  Global Employment Services (GES) tax professionals help clients develop tax-aligned compensation and benefits programs that address their global and domestic needs. Professionals are comprised of global compensation, benefits, and international assignments practitioners who work with clients to streamline their programs while managing tax effectiveness, risks, and costs. These services are designed to assist clients with developing the strategies, processes, and technologies that affect their staff and operations on a worldwide scale.  Our Program Services (expatriate tax) Group is part of our GES practice. We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Program Services Group. This professional will be responsible for managing internal resources and will work directly with clients to provide expatriate and foreign-national tax compliance and consulting services to our multi-national clients. They will review individual income tax returns, conduct US tax law research, manage tax consulting projects, and assist in the administration of company tax programs. This individual must have the following qualifications:  - 3 or more years of general tax experience, with at least 2 years in expatriate and foreign national tax compliance, tax equalization policy implementation/consulting, and management of international assignee populations of multi-national clients. - Candidate should be familiar with the individual income tax issues and tax law including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance and the tax equalization process. - Strong written and verbal communications skills. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field . - Licensed CPA, Attorney or Enrolled Agent designation preferred. - Minimal travel required About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
