Job Description
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Network with potential candidates
o  Attend social events to generate leads
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Source online repositories to identify candidates
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Conduct phone screening
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Coordinate interviews between candidate and REVEL management
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide weekly pipeline report(s)
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Leverage CRM tool to manage pipeline
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Socialize, Socialize and Socialize
o  We’re looking for somebody who can get out & talk to the right people i.e. those interested in management consulting.

Requirements
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Business Administration with concentration in Marketing and/or Human Resources OR Bachelors in Communications
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â GPA of 3.4 or above
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Previous sales and/or internship experience is a plus
